Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the global vendor master data environment, and activities associated with Vendor Master creation, changes and deactivations are performed according to Baxter’s established standards Support implementation of Baxter’s global vendor master data strategy, standards, and improvement plans Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement Job Requirements: 2-4 years Finance experience, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience across Global / Regional master data management Management experience in a large multinational organization Experience with JDE ERP platform preferred Internal controls experience Experience in best practice master data processes and demonstrated experience managing performance through service level agreements and KPIs Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a global basis Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent Knowledge of, and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and their supporting policies and procedures organization wide Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
