Meta is seeking a senior individual contributor to join the Small Business Product & Solutions team. Our mission is to power small business prosperity and build solutions that serve the millions of small businesses across Meta. This leader will help small businesses turn Meta's products into practical business outcomes. They will translate customer needs into actionable recommendations for product teams, build repeatable enablement that helps businesses adopt and use our tools, and prioritize external partnerships that extend reach and accelerate adoption. The role connects four activities: understand the business, influence the product, enable successful use, and scale what works through partners. It is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role to help further our small business strategy. Success means helping more small businesses use Meta's products and superintelligence to start, run, and grow their businesses.
