Make an Impact Through Successful Digital Transformation We are seeking an experienced Oracle Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex Oracle Cloud and On-Premise transformation projects for enterprise clients. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with executive stakeholders, client SMEs, technical teams, and global delivery resources to ensure successful project outcomes while delivering measurable business value. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Oracle implementation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives. Beyond delivery excellence, you'll focus on driving value realisation and helping clients achieve tangible benefits from their Oracle investments. Your Role Lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite transformation projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality to ensure successful client outcomes. Partner with client stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver business value. Drive project governance, providing regular updates to sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders. Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Lead cross-functional, onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability. Monitor project financials, including forecasting, budget management, resource utilisation, and commercial performance. Support project teams in delivering key implementation activities including workshops, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live readiness. Establish and track value realisation measures to ensure clients achieve measurable benefits from their Oracle investment. Contribute to pre-sales and business development activities through solution planning, estimation, resource planning, and delivery strategy. What You'll Bring Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle implementation and transformation programs. Strong track record delivering Oracle Cloud projects across ERP, SCM, HCM, OCI, and integration technologies. Demonstrated success leading complex programs using Agile delivery methodologies. Experience managing multiple delivery streams and Agile teams simultaneously. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level. Experience working with global, distributed, and onshore-offshore delivery models. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project financials, forecasting, budgets, and resource planning. Experience delivering one or more of the following: Oracle ERP Cloud Transformation Oracle E-Business Suite Implementations Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrades Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Migrations Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Implementations SOA and Enterprise Integration Programs You will have a strong understanding of Oracle's cloud ecosystem, including: SaaS PaaS IaaS Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle Fusion Applications Why Join Us?
