Your role Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: Own the functional design and delivery of the SAP Service Cloud solution for the EDP Replacement programme. Lead the fit-to-standard assessment, shape the Release 1 and Release 2 scope, and direct a small team of functional consultants from Detailed Design through SIT, UAT, deployment and Hypercare. • Run design workshops and documentation: • Requirements ownership: • Experience around Service request and case design. • Experience around Appointment and scheduling flows: • Understanding of integration and data migration from legacy to Service Cloud • Quality and system testing. • Handover to BAU teams and participating in change documentation Your profile Let's talk about your qualifications and experience: • Hands on experience for Service cloud functional • Utilities industry knowledge is preferred • Experience running fit-to-standard or fit-gap workshops and converting outcomes into WRICEF lists and functional specifications. • Working knowledge of integration patterns (SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI, REST/OData, events) and their effect on functional design. • Strong stakeholder management and written communication; able to facilitate workshops with business and technical leaders. Desirable Skills • SAP Certified Application associate in service Cloud / Customer Experience solution architecture. • Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), • Use of feature toggles in enterprise SAP delivery; exposure to AI-assisted delivery tooling under client governance. • Australian utilities market knowledge (electricity and gas).
