Job description

The Program Management professional will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring multiple initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational and business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, planning, governance, analytical, and communication capabilities. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, identify dependencies and risks, facilitate governance reviews, support management reporting, and drive continuous improvement across programs. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of multiple projects/programs.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.Track project/program schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.Prepare and maintain program dashboards, MIS reports, project trackers, and leadership presentations.Facilitate regular governance meetings and business reviews with relevant stakeholders.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations, risks, and dependencies to appropriate stakeholders.Support resource planning, demand-supply tracking, capacity planning, and utilization reporting, where applicable.Coordinate across Delivery, Operations, Finance, HR, Resource Management, and other enabling functions based on program requirements.Identify potential program risks and support development and tracking of mitigation plans.Ensure adherence to defined organizational processes, governance standards, and reporting mechanisms.Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.Drive timely closure of action items through structured stakeholder follow-ups.Support change-management initiatives and implementation of new processes or organizational programs.Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual activities within reporting and governance processes.Maintain accurate documentation, including program plans, status reports, risk/issue logs, MOMs, and governance trackers.Support senior leadership with data-driven insights and structured information for decision-making.
