Job description

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting end-to-end asset and maintenance management processes within SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support of SAP EAM/PM solutions. Configure SAP EAM/PM processes including: Equipment and Functional Locations Maintenance Notifications and Work Orders Task Lists and Maintenance Plans Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance Manage asset master data, BOMs, maintenance strategies, and related maintenance data. Manage the complete maintenance lifecycle, from notifications and work-order creation through execution and closure. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements. Support integration of SAP EAM with MM, FI/CO, PS, PP, QM, and other relevant modules. Support data migration, Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live/production support. Prepare process documentation and provide end-user training. These responsibilities closely reflect your existing internal JD SAP PM Consultant EAM. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM configuration. Good understanding of end-to-end asset maintenance and work management processes. Strong knowledge of equipment, functional locations, notifications, orders, task lists, maintenance plans, work centers, and BOMs. Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation or migration projects. Good knowledge of cross-module integration, especially MM and FI/CO, with exposure to PS/PP/QM. Experience in testing, data migration, cutover, and production support. Strong business stakeholder management and communication skills. Good to Have SAP Fiori experience for EAM/maintenance processes. Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, or Aerospace. Exposure to SAP APM / Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), GIS, mobility, or IoT integration. SAP EAM/PM or S/4HANA Asset Management certification.
