Application Support Engineer (Senior Level) Capgemini Mexico As a Senior Application Support Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications built on Java and Microsoft technologies. You will combine technical support expertise with development capabilities to resolve complex incidents, implement enhancements, and drive operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain critical business services while contributing to innovation and long-term application reliability. Your Role Responsibilities & Scope Support business-critical enterprise applications across Java, .NET, SQL Server, and hybrid infrastructure environments. Take ownership of complex incident investigations, problem resolution, and root-cause analysis to ensure service continuity. Deliver minor enhancements, defect fixes, and technical improvements that create measurable business value. Collaborate with global teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to address operational and technical challenges. Contribute to application releases, deployments, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Profile Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues across multiple technology stacks. Technical proficiency in enterprise application environments, including Java and/or .NET technologies, SQL-based solutions, and integrated application ecosystems. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across business, functional, infrastructure, and vendor teams to achieve shared objectives. Ownership, accountability, and a customer-focused approach when managing incidents, enhancements, releases, and operational support activities.
