Director, Board Liaison

Job description

Meta is seeking an experienced Director to join the corporate legal team as Board Liaison, serving as a key connection between Meta's Board of Directors and the company's senior leadership team. Meta's Board oversees a business of significant scale and complexity, and you will be at the center of the operating rhythm of the Board: the materials that inform its decisions, the meetings where those decisions are made, and the records that document them. You will work directly with C-suite executives and public company directors, and you will handle the role with a high degree of skill and discretion. Reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will operate independently in a fast-paced environment and partner closely with cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, Executive Operations, Investor Relations, and Communications. This role calls for exceptional attention to detail and organizational judgment, alongside the ability to think strategically and drive execution with senior executives. It is based in Menlo Park and requires regular in-person presence around Board and committee meetings.
