Job Description: Job Description Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant who can act as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and the technical delivery team. The consultant will be responsible for understanding end-to-end business processes, driving requirement discussions, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations. ͏ Stakeholder and Client Management Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and discussions with business stakeholders and clients. Drive alignment sessions to clarify business expectations, requirements, priorities, and solution approaches. Act as the primary point of contact between business users and delivery teams. Provide recommendations and process improvements based on business needs and system capabilities. Facilitate decision-making discussions and obtain stakeholder sign-offs. Business and Functional Analysis Develop a deep understanding of the application landscape and end-to-end business processes. Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend optimal solutions. Create detailed functional specifications, business requirements documents, process flows, and use cases. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure complete traceability from business requirements through delivery. ͏ Agile Delivery and Team Coordination Create and maintain product backlog items and user stories. Lead story grooming, backlog refinement, and requirement walkthrough sessions with development and testing teams. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, architects, and product owners throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support sprint planning, reviews, and user acceptance testing activities. Clarify business requirements and respond to team queries during development and testing. Functional Leadership Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the application and associated business processes. Provide functional guidance to team members and support issue resolution. Ensure deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards. Support go-live activities, production support, and post-implementation stabilization. ͏ Desired Experience 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Techno-Functional roles. Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and enterprise applications.
