Description Senior Frontend Developer (React, typescript) with scrum master profile – to Route & Zone Team, Volvo group DTO Digital Services (legal Volvo Group Connected Solutions) We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in frontend React/JavaScript and has interest and motivation to lead and facilitate a fullstack development team. Having experience of API/UI test is also of value. Your primary focus will be to lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies, team activities and administer our planning tools like JIRA; Confluence and Mural. You help to bring energy to the team and administer the systems with ease. When these tasks are completed, you will contribute in our frontend layer of the stack as developer or possibly UI/API testing/automation. Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: • Drive scrum ceremonies and other team activities when needed. • You believe it is fun to act as team lead and bring others together & presenting • You feel confident to present and talk to others outside our devops team • Be the voice of the DevSecOps team • Design and develop frontend software using React and typescript. • Integrate APIs (REST and GraphQL, websocket) and external integrations. • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance. • Deploy, operate, and maintain applications in a cloud environment. • Act as a mentor and technical leader in frontend architecture/design discussions. Interest & energy to drive a scrum team Be fact and voice of the team in the organization Admin, process, documentation automation Interested in AI & usage of Required Expertise: • 5+ years as Frontend developer • 1+ years as Scrum master/teamlead • Expert-level proficiency in React/JavaScript and TypeScript. • Familiarity with state management (Redux) and GraphQL. • Strong communication and collaborative mindset. • Fluent English. Highly Valued Skills: • DevOps/CI/CD pipelines. • Experience in developing & maintaining a map based tool • Experience in using AI tools like AWS Kiro for software development • MongoDB, Docker, Git. • Efficiency & Cost engineering • Experience from automating UI tests with Cypress or Playwright for example. • Hands on experience of planning tools like JIRA, Confluence. • Hands on experience of facilitation ceremonies with tools like Mural, Miro, FIgJam Work location: On site Lindholmen, Göteborg, primarily (with hybrid benefits) Skill Requirements Other Requirements Apply now Information at a Glance Why HCLTech?
