About the Job As HR Generalist, you will deliver a broad spectrum of solutions and services along the entire HR value chain. This encompasses HR policies, processes, standards, measures in the compensation and benefits areas, controlling, organization effectiveness, labor relations and talent and development. This is a temporary position for 1 year. What you do Act as a key person for HR Operations Manager, employees and managers and supports them in areas of: compensation and employee benefits, training & development and evaluation. Consult, advise and support HR Business Partners and management on HR topics, in operational tasks and in HR coordination processes - within his area of expertise and assigned functional areas. Responsible for maintaining personnel records and labor-law requirements associated with the creation, course and termination of the employment relationship. Create and manage certifications and other relevant HR documents. Cover the onboarding and offboarding of employees. Provide documents for payroll processing and manage attendance and HR information systems. Responsible for correctness of data for reporting and statistics purposes. If necessary, preparing reports and analyses. Candidates screening, scheduling of the job interviews and conducting job interviews. What you bring University degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar. 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist, Administration or Operations role, preferably in an international working environment. Experience with HR systems, verifying and archiving of employees’ files as well as onboarding and offboarding employees. Strong knowledge of Excel for databases and reporting. Strong knowledge on Slovakian Employment Law. English and Slovak fluency, both written and spoken. Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage. For our location in Slovakia, the minimum salary range for this position starts from EUR 3100 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
