Sua missão será apoiar o Departamento Jurídico com foco em Legal Operations, contribuindo para a eficiência, organização e digitalização da área por meio da gestão e melhoria contínua de processos, sistemas, controles e indicadores, além da identificação de oportunidades de automação e uso de novas tecnologias. Atividades Apoiar a gestão e melhoria contínua dos processos de Legal Operations; Administrar ferramentas e sistemas jurídicos, como DocuSign e Legal One; Acompanhar orçamento, pagamentos, fornecedores e escritórios de advocacia externos; Apoiar controles relacionados ao contencioso, contratos, procurações, provisões e auditorias; Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores, controles e relatórios da área; Realizar a organização e gestão de documentos e informações jurídicas; Monitorar clippings e atualizações legislativas, regulatórias e jurisprudenciais relevantes; Identificar oportunidades de simplificação, digitalização e automação de processos, incluindo o uso de inteligência artificial e novas tecnologias aplicáveis ao Jurídico. Candidate Profile Requisitos Graduação em andamento ou concluída, preferencialmente em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas correlatas. Bom domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel; Inglês intermediário; Experiência ou conhecimento em Legal Operations, departamentos jurídicos corporativos, gestão de processos ou projetos será diferencial; Conhecimento em automação, KPIs, controle orçamentário, Power BI, DocuSign, Legal One, será considerado diferencial. Perfil comportamental Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, organizada, proativa e hands-on, com atenção aos detalhes e forte orientação para processos e melhoria contínua.
