Seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ERP/HCM integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and cloud integration architecture. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across Oracle Cloud Applications and third-party enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Strong hands-on experience designing and developing Oracle Integration Cloud integrations for Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, and third-party enterprise systems. • Should have participated in at least two Oracle Cloud implementation, rollout, migration, or integration transformation projects. • Rich experience with OIC components including integrations, adapters, connections, lookups, libraries, packages, schedules, monitoring, File Server, B2B, Process Automation, Visual Builder, and Insight/observability capabilities. • Strong experience with ERP Cloud Adapter, HCM Adapter, REST/SOAP adapters, FTP/SFTP, database/ATP, OCI services, and connectivity agent-based hybrid integrations. • Strong knowledge of integration patterns including request-response, fire-and-forget, publish-subscribe, scheduled batch, file-based orchestration, event-driven integration, callback processing, and bulk data processing. • Hands-on experience with FBDI, HDL, UCM upload/download, ESS job submission, BI Publisher extracts, OTBI/BICC extracts, REST APIs, SOAP services, and business events. • Strong understanding of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, XPath, schema validation, mapping, enrichment, canonical models, and reusable transformation logic. • Experience handling large files, chunking/splitting strategies, compression, encryption/decryption, PGP, SFTP, retry, reprocessing, and reconciliation mechanisms. • Good understanding of integration security including OAuth, basic authentication, certificates, keystores, trust stores, PGP keys, service accounts, and least-privilege access. • Experience in monitoring, debugging, performance tuning, exception handling, fault policies, business identifiers, alerts, and operational dashboards. • Ability to design reusable error-handling frameworks, notification frameworks, audit logs, and integration runbooks. • Experience with OIC migration, versioning, environment management, and deployment across DEV, TEST, UAT, PRE-PROD, and PROD. • Ability to work directly with functional consultants, business users, third-party vendors, infrastructure teams, and security teams. • Good documentation skills for technical design, interface specification, mapping design, deployment guide, support guide, and cutover plan. Integration Design & Development Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Develop App Driven, Scheduled, Event Driven, and File-based integrations. Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations between Oracle SaaS applications and external systems. Develop reusable integration frameworks and templates. Oracle Cloud Integrations Integrate Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, CX Cloud, and EPM applications. Develop inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, FBDI, HDL, HSDL, and BI Publisher reports. Configure and manage Oracle adapters including: ERP Adapter HCM Adapter FTP/SFTP Adapter Database Adapter REST Adapter SOAP Adapter Oracle ATP Adapter Technical Leadership Lead integration solution design discussions. Review technical designs and code developed by junior team members. Provide effort estimation and implementation strategies. Mentor developers on OIC best practices and integration architecture. API & Middleware Development Design RESTful APIs and web services. Implement security using OAuth, JWT, Basic Authentication, and Certificates. Manage API integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and custom applications. Monitoring & Support Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot issues. Analyze logs and resolve performance bottlenecks. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Manage deployment pipelines across development, testing, and production environments. Documentation & Governance Prepare technical design documents and architecture diagrams. Develop integration standards and best practices. Experience integrating Oracle SaaS applications with third-party systems. Strong understanding of cloud integration patterns and architecture. Experience in Agile and DevOps environments. Other Requirements Oracle Integration Cloud Certification. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite Migration to OIC. Oracle ATP and OCI knowledge. Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
