In this hands-on position, you’ll set up and support production jobs and equipment, helping ensure our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency are met every day. Shift Options: A Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. B Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. E Shift: Sunday – Tuesday + every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. F Shift: Wednesday – Friday + every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Our Team Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is a global leader in innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device industries. What You Will Do Set up, start up, and change over production jobs, ensuring processes meet control capabilities and quoted standards, including robotics, part pickers, and vision systems Operate and maintain molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts Follow documented procedures and use databases to perform set-ups and troubleshooting Support troubleshooting and adjustments to molding processes to maintain quality, safety, and productivity while working within validated process windows and established guidelines Communicate key information to fellow Mold Technicians across shifts Partner with the production team to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience working with or operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment What Will Put You Ahead Experience with injection molding set-ups, mold changes, process troubleshooting, and/or liquid silicone molding Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Familiarity with SAP Experience creating work instructions for set-ups and insert changes At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
