Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs. Define scalable, secure, and future-ready HR solution architectures aligned with business objectives. Conduct architecture assessments and recommend optimization opportunities. Ensure compliance with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and industry standards. Program & Delivery Leadership Lead large global implementation and transformation projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and project teams to gather and analyze requirements. Review functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with business needs. Provide governance and oversight throughout project lifecycles. SuccessFactors Expertise Architect and support solutions across: Employee Central (EC) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Recruitment Management (RCM) Onboarding 2.0 Performance & Goals (PMGM) Compensation & Variable Pay Succession & Development Learning Management System (LMS) Workforce Analytics and Reporting Integration & Technical Leadership Design integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/Non-SAP systems. Lead integration architecture using: SAP Integration Suite/CPI APIs OData Services Middleware platforms Ensure data governance, security, and compliance requirements are met. Define identity management and role-based permission frameworks. Stakeholder Management Act as trusted advisor to business and HR leadership teams. Conduct architecture workshops and solution demonstrations. Provide strategic recommendations on HR digital transformation initiatives. Manage client escalations and critical issues. Team Leadership Mentor functional consultants, technical teams, and architects. Establish delivery standards, governance frameworks, and reusable assets. Support estimation, resource planning, and proposal activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Preferred Certifications SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central. SAP Certified Professional – SuccessFactors Solution Consultant. SAP Integration Suite Certification. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification (preferred).
