This position reports to: EL Product Marketing Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: onsite Drive market-driven product strategy and go-to-market execution, ensuring product-market fit and revenue growth through deep customer insights and cross-functional alignment. Main Accountabilities Creates, plans and ensures implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with AIS products. Focus on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance and requested on-time delivery for assigned products. Create demand through technical promotion, provide solutions and a value base selling approach. Understands customer needs and drive portfolio optimization and make Roadmap proposal Requirements Education Background: Major in Electrical/Engineering related Working Experience: Product or marketing relevant experience Position Knowledge/Skills: Fluent on English both in written and oral Personality: Good communication and interpersonal skills expected, and with good teamwork spirit Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
