The Position岗位职责： 协助团队会议相关事务，包括会议通知、会议信息整理、会议申请、会议纪要整理及后续事项追踪。 协助会议报销资料的初步检查、信息核对、问题反馈及流程跟进。 支持区域市场相关数据的收集、清洗、整理与汇总，协助进行基础数据处理、可视化及分析输出。 协助经理进行日常信息收集、资料整理、项目进度跟进及活动执行管理。 支持区域活动、内部例会、项目复盘等材料准备，包括 Excel 表格、PPT、会议记录、项目清单等。 协助探索并应用 AI 工具提升团队工作效率，例如会议纪要整理、数据初筛、资料归纳、PPT 初稿、文案润色等。 根据业务需要，协助完成市场信息、竞品动态、区域项目资料等公开信息的收集与初步整理。 支持团队日常行政及跨部门沟通事项，及时跟进任务进展并反馈异常情况。 岗位要求： 在校生，学历及专业不限，理工科、数据分析、统计、计算机、人工智能、信息管理、医药相关专业优先，2028 届毕业生优先。 对 AI 工具有兴趣，熟悉或愿意学习使用 ChatGPT、Claude、Copilot、DeepSeek、Kimi 等工具，有 AI 辅助办公、数据整理或自动化经验者优先。 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，尤其是 Excel、PowerPoint、Word；会使用数据透视表、基础函数、图表者优先。 具备基础数据敏感度，能够进行信息整理、数据核对、表格清洗和简单分析。 责任心强，踏实细心，执行力好，能够按时反馈进度并保证交付质量。 具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力和逻辑整理能力，能适应多任务并行。 时间灵活，可线上工作；每周可稳定投入一定时间，能够长期实习半年以上者优先。 对医药行业、市场部工作、区域项目管理感兴趣者优先。 Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
