Project Role : Integration Engineer Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Workday Core Integrations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with clients to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical business and technology strategies. Your role includes leading discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. You ensure that the solutions implemented accurately reflect the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements. - Assist in documenting integration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise. - Continuously monitor integration performance and recommend improvements to optimize system efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Experience with designing and implementing integration solutions using Workday tools and technologies. - Strong understanding of business process workflows and how they relate to system integration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration frameworks. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
