Must have skills : OutSystems Good to have skills : Java (Programming Language) Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional applications, and ensuring that the solutions are effectively integrated within the existing environment. The position demands a focus on creating reliable and scalable applications while continuously refining and adapting solutions to support evolving business objectives. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the projects undertaken. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable application components. - Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and services. - Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning of applications.
