What will be your job content? Leading a team of 20 experts located in CEE region and acting as Regional Process Management to Accounting, Procurement, Cross Functional and Controlling Services. Defining and executing Finance and Procurement Services strategy across CEE region, ensuring alignment with global GBS objectives. Driving digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Leading large-scale organizational changes, including service migrations, operating model adjustments, and implementation of global initiatives. Building engagement and supporting teams through periods of transformation. Leading and developing management team across multiple locations and countries. Supporting talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Ensuring sustainable knowledge management, process documentation and best practice sharing across the organization. Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. What do we expect from you? Proven experience in leading international organizations and managing leaders through indirect reporting structures. Strong change management and transformation leadership capabilities. Experience with digitalization, automation, AI or shared services transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior management. Strong business acumen with understanding of finance, budgeting, and service profitability. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams. Knowledge of accounting, controlling and procurement processes.
