Principal Systems Engineer

Job description

Maintain Availability, Scalability, and Efficiency of Oracle Cloud Services. Solve complex infrastructure problems. Handle customer incident tickets and/or deploy software in test or production systems, and or perform testing on test systems or production systems. You will be required to do RCA when possible; if the issue is complex, beyond your knowledge or skills, escalate to developers in team. It’s a critical role to help with availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Help manage Oracle standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. If needed, help facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
