Your role • Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items; • Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data; • Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions; • Preparing operational reports such as aging, dispute logs, reconciliation summaries; • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues; • Identifying improvement, automation, or standardization opportunities and influencing implementation. Your profile • Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation; • English and French – B2/C1; • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; • Experience handling escalations and complex cases; • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools; • Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues.
