What You’ll Need: · Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. · 15-20 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, system architecture, or senior technical leadership. · Recognized expertise in EDA tools, semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and high-performance systems. · Experience architecting and leading strategic customer solutions at scale. · Executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills. · Proven leadership in global, cross-functional environments, with industry publications or conference presence preferred.
