JOB SUMMARY Design CNC manufacturing program of core and cavity block, slide core, insert for rear cover, front cover, battery cover tools with UG independently, tools components no need to be polished after CNC manufacturing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ·         Design CNC manufacturing program of core and cavity block, slide core, insert for rear cover, front cover, battery cover tools with UG independently. ·         Design electrode model of core and cavity block for rear cover, front cover, battery cover tools with UG independently. ·         Self-inspection of finished manufacturing program. ·         Solve abnormal programs. ·         Revise pre-deformation program of rear cover tool(the most complex feature ). ·         Analysis components manufacturing Planning. ·         Conduct OJT(on the job training) for new hire JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS ·         Familiar with UG and Veri-cut software for designing tool components manufacturing program. ·         Familiar with tool structure. ·         Design tool components manufacturing planning skillfully. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ·         College degree required or above ·         Tooling or mechanical major ·         Minimum 5 years related experience. ·         Or equivalent combination of education and experience. The hourly pay range for this role is $25.10 - $45.19.
