This position reports to: Team Leader __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate customer, ABB, and supplier documents for projects as per the division's/project's procedures in a timely manner. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a high level of data quality and supporting engineers and Project Managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting. The work model for the role is: HYBRID This role is contributing to the PROCESS AUTOMATION in OSTRAVA Co bude vašim úkolem Zodpovědnost za řízení projektové dokumentace, a to jak komerčního, tak technického charakteru Aktualizace a kontrola metadat dokumentů Řízení revizí dokumentace a archivace Dohlížení na dodržovaní pravidel značení dokumentace Dohlížení na dodržování termínů Distribuce a management zákaznických komentářů k dokumentaci Zajišťování překladů u třetích stran Úzká spolupráce s projektovým týmem (inženýry) Komunikace s ABB jednotkami, zákazníkem a dodavateli Zodpovědnost za dodání, předání a archivaci nezbytných certifikátů k projektové dokumentaci Tvoření/sbírání finální dokumentace dle smluvních podmínek Co očekáváme: Máte SŠ / VŠ vzdělání Máte již zkušenost s vedením dokumentace a archivace Jste pečlivá osobnost se zaměřením na detail Hovoříte plynule anglicky (komunikace na denní bázi) Umíte pracovat v mezinárodním týmu Máte výborné organizační a komunikační dovednosti Máte proaktivní přístup Výhodou:Znalost technické dokumentace Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
