This position reports to: T&E Hub Lead __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure day-to-day processing of functional Travel and Expenses requests while handling both complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will guarantee support to internal/ external customers and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering assigned T&E services in compliance with all procedures/policies that are in place and as per the defined Service Level Agreements. The work model for the role is: hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for: Auditing employee expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with Travel & Expenses (T&E) policies, identifying discrepancies, investigating audit-related issues, and supporting their resolution. Providing ad hoc guidance to employees on expense management systems and T&E policies, supporting resolution of inquiries and complaints through email and chat in a timely and professional manner, while ensuring effective customer service. Recommending process improvements and simplifications based on operational feedback and customer experience, while performing regular quality checks to improve team performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Supporting the optimization of expense management systems, supporting T&E operations during mergers and acquisitions, including system configuration and policy alignment. Collaborating with reporting and analytics teams to assemble and summarize data, prepare reports, and share findings, analyses, and recommendations with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications for the role: You have practical experience using MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP Concur, AI based tools or similar T&E management systems would be considered an advantage. You have knowledge of business administration, accounting, or finance. A relevant university degree would be considered an advantage but is not mandatory. You are comfortable communicating fluently in Business English (C1), both written and spoken, in an international professional environment. You demonstrate a customer-focused approach, with effective communication skills and the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Previous experience in a corporate environment, particularly in finance and/or Travel & Expenses services, would be considered an advantage. You enjoy collaborating with others and working in cross-functional, international teams, while ensuring tasks are completed within agreed deadlines. You have well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
