This position reports to: IS Country Manager (상무) __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Information Systems (IS) Function in South Korea. Main stakeholders include business users, global and regional IS teams, service providers, cybersecurity teams, and local management. You will be mainly accountable for: Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services. Manage local retained IT infrastructure including servers and network within the country. Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility. Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems. Qualifications for the role Over 5 years of experience in managing servers and network and experience working in an IT infrastructure related position Sound knowledge of server and network management and IT project management experience is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Window, SQL servers and Cisco products Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams A collaborative, solutions, and customer service-oriented approach and strong written and spoken communication skills• A degree with major in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification Fluency in business level Korean and English both verbal and written More about us Our mission in ABB IS (Information Systems) is to harness the power of information technology to deliver valuable, reliable, and competitive IS services for ABB.
