Primary responsibility is production management on secondary packaging process under GMP conditions for Biolab facility (and Oasis where applicable), focusing on secondary packaging activities including material preparation, labeling, manual packaging, gluing, overwrapping, sampling, case packing for non-GMP(e.g. technical runs) and GMP batches. 2. Responsible for economic and robust secondary packaging process for therapeutic proteins and monoclonal antibodies to ensure the manufacturing of finished product. 3. lead timely and cost effective operational processing, optimization and scale-up to meet all quality and regulatory demands. 4. Be responsible for People management include training, objective setting and performance management etc. ensure secondary packaging operational team capacity meet business demands. 5. lead to create and maintain secondary packaging relevant documents (e.g. SOP, BPR, etc. ) and review if required. 6. Support and participate in qualification and validation to ensure the production plan can be finished in time. 6. Plan and implement process improvement to support further growth of business Qualifications 1. College Degree with above 8 years experience or Bachelor Degree with above 5 years experience 2. >5 years experience in packaging operations in a cGMP environment 3. Good knowledge and understanding of cGMP and documentation according to cGMP 4. Good understanding and practical experience in leading and organizing a team in the context of packaging 5. Analytical and scientific thinking, clear argumentation and ability to reduce complex issues to the main points 6. Have good interpersonal skills and experience building positive working partnerships 7. Social competence, customer orientation and team player 8. Good English skills in reading and writing. 9.
