Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : PTC Windchill Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert guidance on business and system integration challenges. The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to deliver solutions that effectively address client objectives and support seamless integration across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of integration processes and best practices. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. - Strong knowledge of system integration principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing business and technology solutions that meet client requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and change management processes.
