Tu rol en Baxter Salvar y sostener vidas garantizando que la documentación de almacenamiento y distribución se mantenga actualizada, precisa y conforme a los estándares establecidos Lo que realizarás en Baxter: Verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por COFEPRIS, normas ISO 9001, ISO 13485 y requisitos corporativos. Implementar y dar seguimiento a políticas, procedimientos y estándares corporativos relacionados con calidad y cumplimiento. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad, regulación sanitaria y políticas corporativas aplicables a las operaciones de almacén y distribución Promover una cultura de ética, cumplimiento y buenas prácticas de negocio dentro de la organización. Identificar riesgos regulatorios y de cumplimiento, proponiendo acciones de mitigación y mejora Revisión y actualización de procedimientos, procesos y documentación de acuerdo con el sistema de calidad vigente y mejora continua de acuerdo con las necesidades de la operación. Gestión y ejecución de protocolos y reportes de validación/calificación de equipos, áreas y sistemas computarizados. Liderar Controles de cambio y análisis de FMEA para la implementación de proyectos derivados de la operación y cumplimiento regulatorio Preparación, coordinación, atención y generación de plan de acción para auditorias Análisis e investigación de no conformidades Seguimiento a quejas de servicio y producto Coordinar y apoyar las actividades de capacitación y calificación del personal involucrado en los procesos de almacén y distribución. Lo que aportarás: Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración o carrera afín. 1 a 3 años de experiencia en logística, almacén, distribución, proyectos, mejora continua o áreas relacionadas a las actividades a ejecutar. Experiencia en sistemas de calidad, cumplimiento regulatorio y mejora de procesos en la industria farmacéutica, dispositivos médicos o sectores regulados. Experiencia con herramientas como diagrama de espina de pescado, diagrama de Ishikawa y técnica de 5 porqués. Ingles Intermedio (deseable).
