This position belongs to the BPS (Business Process Solutions) area of the company ͏Requirements 2-4 years of experience. Advanced Excel skills English intermediated-advanced level. Knowledge of Mexican Social Security Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Income Tax Law (ISR) Basic understanding of HR processes and familiarity with WFA processes. Experience with severance payments and profit sharing (PTU) calculations Experience with ERP systems (TRESS payroll system desirable) R͏esponsibilities Support end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related transactions. Analyze payroll reports and identify discrepancies, exceptions, or potential errors before payroll finalization. Investigate and resolve payroll issues in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers when applicable. Perform payroll audits and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls. Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy within payroll systems. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies. Generate recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for management, Finance, HR, and audit purposes. Support year-end payroll activities, audits, regulatory reporting, and payroll documentation requirements. Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency. Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
