Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves carefully analyzing system behaviors, collaborating with team members to understand challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of software products and platforms. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and support business continuity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide timely updates on issue resolution. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in identifying potential improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development, Turkish Language. - Strong understanding of software integration and interface protocols. - Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues. - Familiarity with API design, development, and troubleshooting. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
