Director, Business Development & Strategic Alliances

Job description

Meta is seeking a results-driven Director to lead the Partnerships team for one of Meta's most strategic partners — a global OS and platform provider whose decisions directly shape how billions of people access Meta's Family of Apps and AI products. This team owns the relationship end to end and is the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, from working teams through executive leadership. You will set the partnership strategy, lead the highest-stakes commercial and policy negotiations, and personally drive the most complex initiatives to resolution. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strategic judgment, commercial acumen, operational rigor, and executive relationship management. You will lead a team of business development and partner managers working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Policy, Finance, and Communications to anticipate emerging issues and unlock partnership growth.
