Job Description: Job Overview 1. EHSコンプライアンスおよびマネジメントシステム EHSに関する法令・規制を遵守し、事業所として必要な許認可の取得・更新を管理する 行政機関との連絡、調整および折衝を行う ISO 14001およびISO 45001マネジメントシステムの効果的な運用、維持および継続的改善を推進する EHS年間計画を策定し、その実行および進捗管理を主導する 2. EHSリスク管理および継続的改善 定期的な現場巡視を通じてEHSリスクを特定し、是正・改善措置の実施状況を継続的に管理する JSA（作業安全分析）、BBS（行動に基づく安全管理）、人間工学などのEHSプログラムを運用し、継続的な改善を推進する 関連部門と連携し、適切なコミュニケーション、調整およびリーダーシップを通じて、事業所全体のEHSパフォーマンス向上を図る 3. 労働安全衛生および化学物質管理 聴覚保護をはじめとするIH（Industrial Hygiene／産業衛生）プログラムを管理・推進する 化学物質、特に高毒性化学物質の適正な保管、使用および管理を徹底する 事業所のニーズおよびリスクに応じたEHS教育・研修プログラムを企画・策定し、実施する 4. 環境管理 公害防止、省エネルギーおよび環境負荷低減に向けた各種施策を推進する 有害廃棄物の適正管理および排出量削減を推進する 5. 緊急事態・危機管理 緊急事態および危機発生時の対応体制を整備・管理する BCP（事業継続計画）の策定、維持および継続的改善を推進する 緊急対応およびBCPに関する定期的な教育・訓練、演習を企画・実施する 6. その他 工場長の指示に基づき、その他の関連業務を遂行する Job Requirements 【応募資格】 ・ 学歴：大学卒以上（高卒も可能、経験次第） ・ 専攻：安全、環境、産業衛生（IH）または関連分野 ・ PCスキル：Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint） ・ 語学：日本語での業務遂行が可能な方。英語でのコミュニケーションができれば尚可。 ・ 製造業におけるEHS関連業務経験5年以上。 ・ チームマネジメント経験2年以上。 ・ リーダーシップ、責任感、主体性。 ・ 優れたコミュニケーション力および調整力。 ・ 地方政府および行政機関におけるEHS関連法令・規制に関する知識。 ・ 現場EHS管理に関する専門知識。 ・ 化学物質、危険物、廃棄物、または作業環境管理のいずれかに関する基礎的な知識。 ・ ISO 14001／ISO 45001マネジメントシステムの運用・監査経験。 ・ 機械安全防護、LOTO（ロックアウト・タグアウト）要件および化学物質管理に関する知識。 ・ チームリード、プロジェクト推進、または関係者を巻き込んだ改善活動の経験。 What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Job Locations: Posting City: KAKEGAWA SHIZUOKA Job Country: Japan Travel Required: Less than 10% Requisition ID: 161289 Workplace Type: Onsite External Careers Page: Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Apply Now Start apply with LinkedIn Please wait...
