As part of our Hospital Care division, you will help drive strategic growth, portfolio excellence, and commercial performance across diverse healthcare markets throughout the Asia Pacific region. As an Assistant Manager/ Manager – Business Development & Marketing, Hospital Care APAC , you will work closely with local Marketing & Sales teams, regional leadership, and global stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies, optimize portfolio performance, support product launches, build key clinical partnerships, and strengthen organizational capabilities across the region. Your key responsibilities: Drive strategic business planning and long-term growth initiatives across APAC Hospital Care markets. Partner with local Marketing & Sales teams to develop business strategies and optimize go-to-market approaches. Lead portfolio management, including product pipeline prioritization, portfolio reviews, and regional campaign development. Coordinate regional product and service launches, ensuring market readiness, demand planning, and successful adoption. Build and manage KOL partnerships while driving scientific marketing and educational initiatives across the region. Monitor business performance, enhance commercial effectiveness, develop organizational capabilities, and support talent growth and succession planning. What you'll bring to the team: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field. Experience in regional marketing, product management, business development, or commercial leadership within medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries. Proven experience managing businesses and stakeholders across multiple APAC markets. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, portfolio management, product launches, and commercial performance management. Experience engaging healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with willingness to travel across the region. What sets B. Braun apart?
