Project Role : LLM Model Developer Project Role Description : Fine-tunes Large Language Models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts. Must have skills : Agentic Orchestration, Generative AI Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the model's contextual understanding and output quality. The workday includes analyzing model behavior, experimenting with fine-tuning techniques, and iterating on solutions to ensure the models perform effectively in targeted applications. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to optimize model performance. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into broader project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agentic Orchestration, Generative AI. - Strong experience in fine-tuning large language models with a focus on instruction tuning and domain adaptation. - Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to guide iterative improvements. - Familiarity with managing and optimizing workflows for large-scale model training and deployment. - Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align technical solutions with project objectives.
