Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and user instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the model's contextual understanding and output quality. The workday includes iterative experimentation, evaluation of model performance, and collaboration with various teams to align the model's capabilities with project goals and user needs. The developer actively contributes to enhancing the model's applicability across diverse scenarios, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in delivering precise and context-aware responses. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI. - Strong experience in designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models. - Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to identify areas for enhancement and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Familiarity with scalable machine learning pipelines and deployment practices to support continuous integration and delivery. - Experience working with large datasets and applying data preprocessing methods to improve model training quality. - Capability to collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate theoretical advancements into practical applications.
