Project Role : AI / ML Engineer Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing. Must have skills : AI & Data Strategy Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: This is a strategy and execution role working directly with Accenture Data & AI leadership, supporting strategic initiatives across the practice. The current focus is the Advanced AI Competency Centres (AAICC) - a GMC-level programme building a global network of AI expertise hubs spanning RPs, Industries, ecosystem partnerships, delivery centers, and market teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Shape the strategic positioning of the competency centers - defining what they stand for, how they differentiate, and how they connect to Accenture's broader AI, data & tech priorities - Drive the narrative and framing for internal and external audiences, including leadership alignment, analyst engagement, and client-facing amplification - Work across practice leads, offering teams, ecosystem partners, delivery centres, and market teams to ensure the programme holds together as a coherent whole - Partner with Marketing & Communications, Legal, and Branding teams on naming, positioning, launch sequencing, and external market presence - Contribute to how the centres are structured, governed, and measured - including frameworks, maturity models, and performance metrics - Support the talent and asset agenda across centre setup, working through the relevant HR, credentialing, and offering workstreams - Manage complex, senior stakeholder relationships across geographies and functions - including GMC-level leadership -- with the credibility and judgment that requires - Translate ambiguous, cross-functional inputs into crisp, structured outputs for senior leadership consumption Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Strategy - 10+ years in strategy, management consulting, or a senior programme role with a strong strategic dimension – ideally in Accenture or within a large professional services or technology firm - Working knowledge of the enterprise AI and data landscape familiar with agentic AI, cloud data platforms, and the major ecosystem players - Understanding of how Accenture operates - its service lines, delivery model, offering architecture, and go-to-market approach prior Accenture experience strongly preferred - Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority, across a matrixed, global organization - Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams including communications, legal, and branding alongside technical and strategic counterparts - Excellent written communication able to produce leadership-ready materials that are sharp, well-structured, and audience-calibrated - Comfortable holding multiple concurrent workstreams under ambiguity, and knowing when to drive and when to listen Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in AI & Data Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
