The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects, as the engineer refines code and integrates new features to optimize overall system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives and project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions that leverage generative models. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to work with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and software engineering. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for scalable AI applications. - Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing AI-based software components.
