Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : Selenium Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration within the development ecosystem. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, alongside maintaining and executing regression tests. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews and track issues to foster ongoing improvements throughout the testing lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices. - Monitor testing processes and provide feedback to enhance overall quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate software functionality. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues. - Knowledge of API testing and security testing methodologies to ensure robust application performance. - Strong understanding of regression testing and test suite management to maintain software quality.
