Job description
The Senior Specialist, AI Product and Delivery is a delivery-focused role within the THV Europe organization, responsible for translating how work is carried out today into AI-enabled workflows that are designed, built, deployed and adopted across the region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, THV Europe Strategy & AI, this role combines business analysis, product thinking and hands-on technical delivery across the region’s AI products and agent portfolio. The position works closely with business teams to understand and redesign workflows, translate requirements into practical solutions and take initiatives from initial concept through implementation and established use. How you will make an impact: • Analyze and map priority business workflows across functions, identifying where effort is concentrated, where handoffs create delays and where AI-enabled solutions can improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with commercial, medical and other cross-functional teams, developing a clear understanding of how work is performed today and how processes could be redesigned. • Translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications that internal teams or external delivery partners can build against. • Assess and prioritize AI opportunities , determining which workflows justify redesign and investment based on business value, feasibility and expected impact. • Develop and maintain working knowledge of AI platforms and solutions , making configuration changes, enhancements and fixes directly where appropriate rather than relying exclusively on external support. • Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows , including connecting relevant data sources where engineering or technical integration is required. • Support the data pipelines, cloud services and technical infrastructure that enable the region’s AI products and solutions. • Own and maintain the knowledge and content foundation supporting AI solutions , including identifying authoritative sources, establishing consistent content structures, managing appropriate access by function and preparing data for effective use. • Partner with IT, regional and global teams to explain AI platforms and architecture , translating technical considerations into clear business language and supporting alignment across functions. • Own testing, validation and acceptance of solutions delivered by external partners , including requirements definition, quality assessment and final sign-off. • Support AI solutions through implementation and adoption , working with impacted teams to embed redesigned workflows into day-to-day business activities. • Contribute to building AI literacy across the organization by delivering training, demonstrations and practical guidance on how AI tools and solutions can be applied effectively. • Contribute to AI governance standards for solutions developed and deployed within the region, ensuring appropriate documentation, registration and adherence to established requirements. • Support the annual planning cycle through analysis, estimates and supporting materials related to AI initiatives and priorities. • Represent the team in cross-functional forums and working groups and contribute to enablement materials, training and demonstration sessions as required. What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product delivery, data, software, AI or related roles; or Master’s Degree or equivalent in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A high standard of written and spoken English is required. What else we look for: • Demonstrated experience taking solutions from requirements through implementation and established use , with a strong focus on delivery rather than analysis alone. • Experience or strong familiarity with large language model tooling, APIs, AI agents and enterprise AI solutions , with the ability to further develop technical capabilities quickly. • Strong ability to understand and map complex business processes , including undocumented activities, dependencies and cross-functional handoffs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques to solve complex problems . • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and clearly communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. • Product-oriented mindset , with the ability to assess not only how something should be built, but also whether it should be built and where it can create meaningful business value. • Comfortable combining hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder management , moving between detailed technical tasks, business discussions and presentations to senior stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively with limited precedent and evolving priorities , establishing processes and ways of working where required. • Strong project and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a dynamic environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, medical, IT and other cross-functional teams across different markets and organizational levels. • Ability to act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and interact effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders on matters requiring cross-functional coordination. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver training, demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required. • Position is based in Valencia, Spain , working on a hybrid basis, with occasional travel within Europe. • Adhere to all company rules and requirements, including Environmental Health & Safety requirements, and take appropriate measures to prevent injuries, protect the environment and prevent pollution within their span of influence/control.
