Job Description: ResponsibilitiesReview shipment information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy. Validate and reconcile shipment, customs, and product-related data. Investigate and follow up on data discrepancies and missing information. Maintain operational records, trackers, and related documentation. Support preparation and maintenance of product descriptions and customs documentation. Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal operational teams. Monitor and follow up on pending actions to support timely customs clearance. Support data maintenance, reporting, and day-to-day import/export operations. Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Specialist Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, trade operations, or related operational roles. Experience reviewing shipment documents and operational data. Strong attention to detail and data validation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
