Introduction to the job As a Senior Finance Business Controller for Business Line DUV at ASML, you will focus primarily on DUV cost analysis and partner closely with DUV business stakeholders to provide financial planning and analysis across multiple interrelated data sets. Your insights will support business decisions, strategic planning, and performance management. Role and responsibilities In this role, you will: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reviews with accurate, relevant, and actionable insights. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in an international environment and support business partners in making better decisions. Apply strong analytical skills and curiosity to understand business drivers and financial performance. Manage projects effectively, balance multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Remain flexible and proactively adapt to changing business needs to continuously improve work products and outcomes. Identify financial risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable plans. Support business case development to enable informed strategic decisions. Drive improvements in financial planning tools, processes, and reporting quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance management practices. Education and experience To succeed as Senior Finance Business Controller DUV, you bring: A master’s degree in business economics or a related field. Preferably a recognized controller qualification (e.g., Registered Controller). At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business control. Experience managing complex financial processes. Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP BPC, SAP BW, and BI reporting. Background in high-tech or complex business environments. Skills You are results-oriented and a strong team player, with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking capabilities, and an interest in data science. You are proactive, communicative, and able to connect effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a demanding, technology-driven organization.
