To provide senior-level SAP Basis and technical expertise for the administration, optimization, and troubleshooting of SAP system landscapes. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance, security, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Manage SAP transports, client copies, and system refreshes. Monitoring Optimization Proactively monitor SAP system performance and availability. Implement performance tuning and system optimizations. Incident Problem Management Lead resolution of complex SAP Basis issues. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions. Compliance Audit Support Ensure SAP systems adhere to regulatory and internal compliance. Prepare documentation and support audits and validations. Collaboration Mentoring Mentor junior SAP Basis team members. Collaborate with SAP functional, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams. Key Decisions Approve SAP Basis technical solutions and changes. Prioritize SAP Basis issues and resource allocation. Recommend SAP infrastructure enhancements.
