YOUR MAIN TASKS: Acting as a finance business partner for customer and R&D projects, supporting commercial and strategic decision-making. Owning project profitability throughout the entire project lifecycle, including revenue, costs, investments, cash flow, and margins. Monitoring financial performance against plans, identifying variances, risks, opportunities, and improvement actions. Driving opportunity and risk management together with project teams and operational stakeholders. Preparing management reports, dashboards, financial analyses, and business performance reviews. Conducting ad-hoc analyses, scenario modeling, business case evaluations, and make-or-buy assessments. Supporting continuous improvement, digitalization, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Project Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance. Strong understanding of business drivers, manufacturing operations, and profitability management. Experience acting as a finance business partner within cross-functional and international environments. Advanced knowledge of SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
