As Kit Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence, lead growth initiatives, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring compliance, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. What You Will Do Lead the daily operation of the Value-Added Services function, ensuring service, quality, safety, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to deliver annual financial objectives. Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and quality systems that comply with medical device industry standards and environmental requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, and operational performance. Partner with internal and external customers to resolve operational issues, improve service levels, and support long-term business relationships. Build, coach, and develop operational teams to strengthen capability, engagement, retention, and succession planning. Lead infrastructure, equipment, process, and technology improvements to support operational scalability and future growth. Oversee emergency preparedness activities, including response planning, training, drills, incident reviews, and coordination with external emergency services. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or distribution management. Minimum 2 years of people management experience. Experience applying Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies to operational improvement. Experience with warehouse management systems and capacity planning. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related continuous improvement discipline. Experience supporting operational integrations, centralisation projects, mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business growth initiatives. Experience working within a medical device or regulated environment operating to ISO 13485 standards. Additional Information Full-time leadership position within a regulated logistics and supply chain environment. Requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders, customers, regulatory bodies, emergency services, and external partners. Involves responsibility for operational safety, emergency response planning, compliance, quality management, and customer service performance. May require participation in training activities, audits, operational projects, and business growth initiatives as needed.
