Our Monetization teams build the ranking, optimization, and bidding systems that decide which ads people see and help advertisers get the best results for their marketing goals. As a Technical Program Manager in Monetization, you will partner with engineering, machine learning, product, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver products that help advertisers optimize for the outcomes they care about most. You will own program plans, cross-team dependencies, and success measurement, connecting technical work to advertiser adoption and business impact.
