Seu papel na Baxter Como Analista Sênior de Comércio Exterior / Trade Compliance LATAM, você será responsável por liderar iniciativas de classificação fiscal, gestão de tributos aduaneiros e compliance de comércio exterior para a América Latina. A posição atuará de forma estratégica e consultiva, garantindo conformidade regulatória, mitigação de riscos, otimização de custos aduaneiros e suporte às operações regionais de importação e exportação. Embora não possua equipe direta, você exercerá liderança indireta junto às áreas de Logística, Supply Chain, Finanças, Fiscal e demais stakeholders regionais, assegurando a correta aplicação das regras aduaneiras e tributárias em toda a região. O que você fará Liderar a governança regional de classificação fiscal, valoração aduaneira e regras de origem para países da América Latina. Definir e revisar códigos de classificação fiscal (HS Code/NCM), garantindo conformidade regulatória e precisão dos dados mestres. Avaliar riscos aduaneiros e tributários, desenvolvendo planos de mitigação e ações corretivas quando necessário. Conduzir análises de origem preferencial e não preferencial, além de suportar programas e certificações relacionados ao comércio exterior. Apoiar lançamentos de produtos e alterações de portfólio, avaliando impactos regulatórios, tributários e aduaneiros. Identificar oportunidades de otimização tributária, redução de custos e melhoria de fluxo de caixa por meio de acordos comerciais e regimes especiais. Monitorar exposições financeiras, passivos potenciais, gastos com tributos e oportunidades de recuperação de valores. Desenvolver indicadores, métricas e relatórios executivos relacionados a compliance, riscos, economias geradas e desempenho dos programas aduaneiros. Atuar em parceria com Finanças, Fiscal, Supply Chain, Logística, Assuntos Regulatórios, Jurídico e áreas de Negócio em projetos estratégicos e iniciativas de melhoria. Garantir a integração das atividades globais de comércio exterior com as operações locais, promovendo excelência de processos e conformidade operacional. O que buscamos Formação superior completa em Comércio Exterior, Administração, Relações Internacionais, Logística, Supply Chain, Negócios Internacionais ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em Comércio Exterior, Trade Compliance, Importação e Exportação ou áreas relacionadas. Conhecimento avançado em classificação fiscal, valoração aduaneira, regras de origem e tributos relacionados ao comércio internacional. Vivência com legislação aduaneira, compliance regulatório e programas especiais de comércio exterior. Inglês intermediário a avançado para participação em reuniões e interações regionais.
