Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes, nous recherchons actuellement un·e Technicien·ne de Maintenance pour notre département SD. Votre mission Au sein d'un environnement de production exigeant et hautement réglementé, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de nos équipements afin de garantir une production sûre, efficace et de qualité. Vous intervenez sur les installations de production, participez aux actions de maintenance et contribuez à l'amélioration continue de nos processus. Ce que vous ferez Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les équipements de production. Diagnostiquer les pannes et mettre en œuvre les solutions adaptées. Participer à l'amélioration des performances des machines et à la réduction des arrêts de production. Assurer les réglages, redémarrages et remises en service des équipements après intervention. Documenter vos actions dans les systèmes dédiés (GMAO). Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production et les services support. Contribuer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue, de qualité et de réduction des coûts. Le profil que nous recherchons Bachelier en Électromécanique ou formation équivalente. Une première expérience en environnement industriel est un atout. Connaissances en : Mécanique Électricité Pneumatique Hydraulique À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO). Esprit d'équipe, proactivité et sens de l'organisation. Capacité d'analyse et goût pour la résolution de problèmes. Pourquoi rejoindre Baxter ?
