Job Title Cyber Security Lead Experience 12-18 Years Location Hyderabad / Noida / Bangalore Reporting To Service Delivery Manager / Cyber Security Practice Lead Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead to manage and lead a team of approximately 35 cybersecurity professionals across multiple security domains including IAM, PAM, SOC, Firewall Security, Security Assurance, Vulnerability Management, and Governance & Compliance . The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, customer relationship management, people leadership, operational governance, security compliance, and continuous service improvement. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to engage with customer leadership teams to drive cybersecurity strategy and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management Lead and manage a team of ~35 cybersecurity professionals. Drive resource planning, utilization, hiring, onboarding, and capability development. Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and succession planning. Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards. Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Service Delivery & Operations Own end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services across: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Security Operations Center (SOC) Firewall & Network Security Vulnerability Management Security Assurance & Compliance Ensure SLA/KPI achievement and service excellence. Drive incident, problem, change, and risk management processes. Manage operational governance, audit readiness, and compliance requirements. Customer Management Act as the primary customer-facing lead for cybersecurity services. Conduct governance meetings, service reviews, and executive presentations. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders including CISO, IT Directors, and Security Leadership. Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Identify opportunities for service improvement, automation, and cybersecurity transformation. Security Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks such as: ISO 27001 NIST CIS Controls SOC2 GDPR Support internal and external audits. Drive risk assessments, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting. Skill Requirements Technical Leadership Provide strategic guidance on: IAM (Entra ID, Azure AD, MFA, PIM) PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea) SOC (SIEM, SOAR, Threat Hunting, Incident Response) Firewall Technologies (Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Fortinet, Cisco) Cloud Security (Azure, AWS) Security Monitoring & Vulnerability Management Support architecture reviews and cybersecurity roadmaps. Drive security automation and operational efficiencies. Other Requirements Required Skills Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, SOC, Firewall Security, and Security Assurance. Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Chronicle. Knowledge of CyberArk or equivalent PAM platforms. Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident response. Knowledge of Azure/AWS security services. Familiarity with security governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
